一. Obtain permissions

If you need to use our dropshipping function, you need to submit an application to us to obtain permission:

We will review your application within 24 hours, and you will receive an email notification from us after the application is approved.

二. Connect to your Shopify store

1. Create APP.

Log in to the administrator account of the Shopify store, go to settings -> Apps and sales channels, and click on Severop Apps, then click “Create an app” to set an easy-to-remember name for the App, such as Greta sync. Click “Create app.”

2. Configure API.

After clicking “Create app”, Shopify will automatically redirect to the APP settings interface.

Then, select “Configuration” and click the “Configure” button on the right side of Admin API integration.
In Admin Api access scopes, enable the following permissions for APP:

  1. Customers: write_customers & read_customers
  2. Inventory: Write_inventory & read_inventory
  3. Order editing: write_order_edits & read_order _edits
  4. Orders: write_orders & read_orders
  5. Products: write_products & read_products

Click “Save” after completing the selection.

3. Install credentials.

Then select “API credentials” and choose install app.

Then Shopify will pop up a reminder box, and continue to select “install.”

After that, Shopify has provided you with an Admin API access token. Click “reveal token once”. Copy and save the token to a place you think is safe.

4. Add Webhook

Next, go to the Notifications module, slide the right side to the bottom, find “Webhooks” and click “Create webhook”.

Select “Order update” in Event. Select the “Latest” version for the Webhook API version. And fill in “https://gretasexylingerie.com/wp-json/wk_woo_shopify/v1/wk_shopify_update_order” in the URL part.

5. Connect your Shopify Shop.

  • Go to the account management page to set your account information:
  • Store Name: Create a name you like for your store.
  • Token: Paste the Token of the APP created in Shopify here.
  • Domain Name: Find your store domain name in your Shopify store backend setting–>Domains and paste it here.

At this point, your Shopify store has been connected to our website. Next, let’s make some necessary synchronization rules.

三. Synchronization rule settings

1. General Configuration.

  • Import Order Receipt Information: If not enabled, the order contact information (recipient name, email, phone number) will use your information. If enabled, the recipient information in the Shopify order will be synchronized to the order notes, and we will use this information to send the order.
  • Export Product Status: The status of the order when it is imported into your store. Select Active, and the product will be put on the shelves directly. Select Draft. The product will enter your draft box, and you need to manually list this product in your Shopify store. Using Draft and modifying the title and other information in the Shopify background is recommended before publishing manually.
  • Product information allowed for export: Select the information you need when exporting the product.
  • Export Product Content From: Select which part of our website the information in the Description part of the Shopify product comes from. It is recommended to select Product Short Description.
  • Export the language of the product: Select the language when exporting the product.
  • Exported Image Type: Select the exported image version. The default is JPG format. But we provide an optimized web format.
  • Auto-syn New Product: If enabled, when there are new products in the product category you need, they will be automatically synchronized to your Shopify store.
  • Auto-syn Exported Product: After we update product information (such as adding new SKUs and updating prices and inventory), if you turn this on, we will automatically update the corresponding information in your store. If you do not turn this on, “Auto-syn Product Price” and “Auto-syn Product Stock” will be invalid.
  • Auto Import Order: If this is not enabled, we will not read the orders in your store. You will need to place your order manually in our store.
  • Auto-syn Product Price: If enabled, after we update the product price, the product price in your store will also change according to the set price rules.
  • Auto-syn Product Stock: Product inventory information on our website will be synchronized if enabled.
  • Auto-syn Exported Product Variants: If enabled, when a product has added or reduced variants, it will be synchronized to the corresponding product in your store.
  • Shopify Settings Notice: This is already set in the “Get Permissions” section. With this setup, your Shopify orders will be updated and synced. (Even if you set up a webhook, the red reminder text will not disappear).

2. Map Categories.

The function of this part is to create a mapping between the product categories on our website and the categories on your website.
First, you need to click the Import Categories button to import the product categories of your website.

3. Price Rule.

The purpose of this setting is to control the price of products after they are exported to your store. After clicking the “Add Rule” button. Start creating a price rule:

  • Lowest Price: This rule will only apply when the product price exceeds this price.
  • Highest Price: This rule will be applied only when the product price is lower than this price.
  • Operation Type: Choose to modify the price by percentage or fixed value.
  • Operation: Whether to increase or decrease the price based on our store price.
  • Price: The numerical value of the price change.
  • Product Category: The product category to which this price rule applies
  • Rounding Rule: Set the price suffix of the product. For example, set it to 0.99. Then the price of all products exported to your store will be in the format of XX.99. Note that the value here must be less than 1
  • Rate: The prices on our website are in US dollars. If the prices in your store are in other currencies, you can set the exchange rate here.
  • Price Rule Status: Whether to enable this price rule.

四. How to export products.

After completing the above store settings, you can start exporting products to your Shopify store! There are two ways to export products:

五. How to sync and pay for orders.

There are two ways to import orders: automatic and manual

  1. Automatically import orders (we recommend): You need to make sure “Auto Import Order” is turned on in Account->General Configuration. In this way, when your Shopify store receives an order, it will automatically synchronize the order to our system.
  2. Manual import: You need to go to the “Orders option” and click the “Import” button to import the orders that have been paid in your store. Then you need to select the order you just imported and click the “Create Imported” button to create the order.

Notice:

1. After the order is synchronized and created, the order status is “On-quote”. You cannot pay at this time. We will add shipping costs based on your order (taking into account that some users will use customized packaging). If the package is sent to Europe, there will be corresponding taxes and fees.
2. After receiving your order, our staff will review your order within 24 hours. After the review is completed, your order will become “Pending”. Click “Pending” to complete the order payment.

六、How to pay for dropshipping orders?

Dropshippingding order payment process is as follows:

  1. After the order synchronization is completed, the order status will change to “On Quote”. This means that your order has been synchronized and is waiting for review by our staff.
  2. We will review the receiving information of your order, order inventory, required packaging, etc. And shipping and tax (if required) will be added to your order.
  3. After passing the review, you will receive a notification email from us. Or you can also see the order status changes to “Pending Payment” in the order list
  4. You need to check the order again and complete the payment.
  5. After receiving your payment, we will send the order within 24-72 hours and provide a tracking number.
  6. You can manually add the tracking number we provide to your shopify order at the appropriate time.

What happens if there are products that are from someone else in the order?

Our order synchronization system will only synchronize the part of the orders that have our products and will filter out the products in the orders that do not belong to us. Orders that do not contain our products will not be synced into our system.

Should the address for imported orders be mine or my customer’s?

We will automatically synchronize your customer’s address in the order, and the order will be sent directly to him. However, order recipient information, such as recipient name, email address, phone number, etc., will be used by default. You can also turn on “Import Order Receipt Information” in “General Configuration” so that your information will appear in the order notes, and we will use your customer’s information to send the order.

Does your synchronization system require payment?

Our synchronization system is free and only requires applying for a dropshipping account.

You have shipped my order, but my customer needs to cancel it. What should I do?

You can cancel or delete the order yourself in “Orders” in your account before we ship it. At the same time, if our products are compensated in the synchronized orders, your order will be automatically canceled. However, your order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped. You can contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to intercept the order. If the order is successfully blocked, we will cancel the order for you.

Are your orders shipped as white labels?

Yes, your order will not contain any information that belongs to us. You can also use our OEM service to customize your brand packaging, and we will apply it to your future orders for free.

Will you use my customer information?

Ours is a company engaged in B2B and not currently in B2C business. So, your customers are not our target customers, and we will not send them any marketing information. At the same time, our system uses a very safe security system, so there is no need to worry about your customer information being leaked.

Can you help me with the integration?
